Projects developed and operated by AHS have included public funding, affordability limitations, senior and special needs housing, historic and sustainability certifications.

 

AHS is skilled at handling problems that arise during the development process ranging from unforeseen existing physical conditions in a rehab project to neighborhood opposition. Its many relationships in the construction, design, finance and environmental fields as well as its experience with government entities at the local, state and federal levels affords AHS with considerable ability to move through the often complicated development process to project completion.
